Having good looking and full cleavage is a dream for both men and women! Currently, you can enlarge, reduce, size and lift your breasts with a simple surgery.
Since ancient times, breasts have been considered a symbol of beauty and sexuality. Everyone needs a shapely and attractive cleavage.
Breast surgery is a type of surgical procedure that is performed for both the beauty and appearance of the breasts.
As Dr., our goal is to provide end results that are both natural looking and healthy.
Breast surgery is generally of the following three types
Breast Reconstruction –
Breast reconstruction is a complete surgical procedure performed to restore and enhance the beauty of the breasts to their natural curve and volume. In this process the nipple and areola can be recreated as desired. This surgery involves multiple procedures like flap reconstruction surgery and implantation or reduction which are done in stages to achieve the desired results.
Who does it?
This surgery is performed for women who are undergoing or have undergone mastectomy for the treatment of breast cancer. Breast reconstruction can also be done after a lumpectomy or due to an injury where the breast has lost its original shape due to injury or some other reason.
What are the risks involved?
- Anesthesia may have adverse reactions
- There is also a possibility of infection around the operated area.
- Bleeding or bruising from the area of surgery and the area from which tissue was taken.
- Chronic pain and discomfort may occur.
- Keloid scars – scars that do not heal with time and medicine
Seroma or fluid formation may also occur in the operated area.
Breast Augmentation or Augmentation Mammoplasty
Breast augmentation is a procedure performed to improve the shape and size of the breasts.
In this surgery, an incision is made in the armpit or areola or under the breast fold and an implant made of a silicone shell filled with saline or silicone gel is placed under or above the chest muscle.
Who does it?
When over time, the breasts completely lose their shape and elasticity. This surgery can be done by women who are looking to get their breasts back to a youthful size for various physical, emotional and physiological reasons.
